FIS Henryk Franecki (the “licensor”) grants you (the “licensee”) a nonexclusive license to use RapidDesign for personal or commercial use. The licensor retains all intellectual ownership of RapidDesign.

Trial period and usage rights

RapidDesign can be used without a license key during the first 14 calendar days ("trial period") since it has been used for the first time. After the trial period RapidDesign cannot be used, unless a vaid license key, issued by FIS Henryk Franecki, has been provided and entered to RapidDesign. A license key can be bought at http://www.rapiddesignaddin.com. Additional usage constraints apply, according to the license type, that is associated with the license key used during registration.
You may not redistribute RapidDesign via a public web site without written permission from the licensor.
You may not make or distribute modifications to RapidDesign, nor sub-license RapidDesign, nor circumvent the commercial license usage restrictions described on the product pages at http://www.rapiddesignaddin.com .

Collection of Information

RapidDesign automatically contacts a web server for the purpose of registration of commercial license.
RapidDesign sends the computer name and some encoded (hashed) with SHA1 algoritm data, created from the hardware data of the computer on which the registration is performed.
